Please send a photo for proof, then let us know if you would like a replacement or refund on the items affected.
*Cancellations or changes to orders are authorized when ordering within 24 hours. Once an order has passed 24 hours. We cannot cancel or modify.

For orders in the US, if a package has not been delivered successfully and more than 60 days have passed since the order was placed and the tracking data is displayed, you can request a refund, or request a return of the order. If it has been less than 30 business days and the tracking data is showing, please wait patiently until the package has a chance to arrive.
For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 45 business days and tracking data is displayed, Fikafuntimes will replace or refund those orders.
Fikafuntimes will process a one-time exchange, you only pay the shipping cost.
No refund will be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.
Exchanges will only be authorized once per order of shoes.
You will not be required to return their original shoes to receive a exchange under this policy.
Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer entry error and will not be eligible for exchange.
Fikafuntimes will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to incorrect Shipping Address.
